I ordered a sympathy bouquet for same day delivery 7 days ago. Received an email that the flowers were delivered but the recipient says nothing ever arrived. I've called and emailed several times and no response. I should have read the reviews before choosing this company. :(

I spent $75 on condolence flowers for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered. I gave explicit instructions on where to deliver the flowers as well as listed my phone number if there were any issues. I never received a call. I called 10 times the following day trying to get ahold of someone with no answer. I left several voicemails with no returned call. I drove 40 minutes to the business, during the posted business hours on a Tuesday, only to find they were closed. The delivery van was parked outside so they clearly werent out delivering flowers. Going back to read their reviews and Im not the first customer this has happened to. Do not waste your money here.
