The installation went well. The installer was efficient and careful. We do have a problem of our own doing. We had carpet installed last Fall and now we were to do our bedroom in the same carpet. Unfortunately we approved the carpet from a 4x4 swatch and it is of a different dye lot. The new carpet is slightly lighter. We will have to live with it, but I thought it worth asking if you could look at it and give some suggestions for improvement where the two carpet meet at the door frame. Any help would be appreciated.

Quick delivery and installation. Luis and team were prompt and professional. love the sheet vinyl that replaced the current flooring which was old and tired. Price for the small kitchen and near by powder room was more than i expected and might have been a little to pricy, but the short wait time made up for that.

The installers were excellent and professional. The quality of the installation was great and they stayed until the job was finished. They cleaned up everything and took away the old carpet. We are very satisfied!

The office had poor timing for the carpet replacement for just 1 room. The date was set with an up to 8 hour arrival time. Because of the lateness of the scheduled carpet (literally the 8 hour max), we both agreed to cancel and have someone come the next day. Jorge (I believe that is his name) came on time on Saturday. It was his day off. He and his co workers did the job quickly and efficiently. They deserve a raise or a bonus. Treat them with respect and you will continue to get good reviews. Carpet looks great!
