The ladies did a great job and the place looks clean. But I did have to be very specific.
Make sure that the scheduling center and the actual location give you the same information.
There was a mix up in my case, and this location honored what I was promised and made it right. Thank you

I made an appointment Several weeks ago for a move today. My window start time comes and its about 30 min before it ends. I called the office to follow up to see when the cleaners will arrive in. Krystal tells me that they called me several times over the last week to get a card on file. And no point did I receive any phone calls nor did I receive any voicemail asking for this information. Krystal refused to check the phone number she actually called because it clearly was not mine. Ive been communicative via email and receiving texts so its not a issue with me providing the right number. This is actually quite absurd. The instructions on the email that they sent doesnt even indicate that I would need to put this information in, or to call the office and do it over the phone even though when I made the appointment I put a card info in. I was looking for someone to do a Moving Clean in addition to a monthly clean and I will 100% not be using the service and do not recommend. Rather than take accountability for the mistake as Im sure it happens and have someone come over asap being as though my window is still presently open, I was told I would have to wait till Monday. Thats not possible being as though I have movers coming tomorrow at 6 AM.
