image I had a very unbalanced experience here. The service staff was not helpful for a larger group, making us sit at multiple tables but still forcing us to be on 1 check so they could guarantee their 20% gratuity. The food was amazing, I got the pork belly sliders and the tuna poke nachos and absolutely loved them. If I was to come back Id order the food and a water, because while the drinks looked good, they may have been the worst cocktails Ive ever drank in my life. I got the frozen chi chi cocktail and it was beyond terrible, and the drinks the rest of my group got ranged from barely drinkable to absolutely awful. I could only describe it as if they had let the ice used for the drink sit in the freezer untouched for 2 months, put it in dirty dishwater, and then blended it up with cheap vodka. All the flavors described were nowhere to be found, and even my very intoxicated friend, who at the time would drink anything with alcohol, said it was too awful to chug. So while I absolutely loved the food, the service and the drinks killed my overall experience.

Hello Nick, this is the manager here at Adrift. I want to apologize for your experience and clarify a few things. We are always happy to accommodate larger groups but in terms of what happened that night; the reservations were made separately for one group of four and one group of three with the expectation that we could put them together. When there is no option to book for a party of the total size it means we do not have the space as we are limited on large tables. I was willing to try and make it work by offering one of our larger tables when one became available. We started your party of seven off at one table intended for four people, offered another table directly next to it and offered the large table when it was open. Because the food and drink orders were all made at the first table and there were so many seat changes the best way for us to handle the check is to put it all in one. The server was willing to split the check 2-3 ways if necessary and was notified by a member of the party to put it all on one. One check and a 20% gratuity is a standard practice we do for all large parties of 6 or more and was not done to your group specifically although I understand the frustration throughout your experience. We appreciate the food compliments and are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your drinks. I can assure you that they are all made with care but I would have been happy to refund or replace any items you were dissatisfied with. I'd love for you to give us another shot in the future if you choose to come back and dine with us. Thank you!

image The food tasted good, I just personally think its a bit overpriced for what youre getting. Vibes are cute if you want the experience, the drinks are TERRIBLE tasting but at least the cups they serve them in are cute. Came with a group of 7 and I kid you not, our server was very wishy washy on how checks could be split. We ended up splitting our party up into a table of 3 and a table of 4 but since our waitress had been super wishy washy in how we could split our check, we needed up putting it all on one card to reduce hassle but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. For an automatic 20% gratuity on a party of 7 that we had to split into a 3 top and 4 top table, the experience was definitely not one I would do again. An honest review? The service staff killed the vibe with her inability to tell us what was going on and changing the story on how we could split check, and the alcoholic drinks that were supposed to pick up the vibes being absolutely terrible tasting. Id rather lick a bar mat. At least the cups were cute

Hi Kaitlin, this is the manager here at Adrift. I apologize that you did not have a great experience with us as this is not the experience we aim to provide and I will be addressing your concerns with my team. To clarify some parts of your time with us, we are happy to accommodate large parties when we have the space available. This party in particular booked two separate reservations, one for three and one for four. When booking if the size you are looking for is unavailable it means we don't have the space as it is already reserved. I was happy to accommodate when the space became available. We tried to be as flexible as possible and had seven people at one of our tables meant for four, to give you all more room in the meantime we offered two tables next to each other. Once the food and drinks were ordered at the first table there were multiple seat changes and the best practice for us is to issue one check. We do this with all parties of 6 or more with the ability to split it up to three ways including the 20% gratuity. I apologize for the miscommunication and for your dissatisfaction with your drinks. I would have been happy to refund or replace any items you did not like. We thank you for your business and if you would like to give us another visit in the future I'd be happy to personally ensure you have the experience we aim to provide. Thank you!
