They went to my building to attract clients so decided to give them a try. They said they will follow up with emails and messages days before your appointment. I put it in y calendar so I new they day of my appointment but not even the day of the appointment they call for a remainder. The sent an email to fill out forms and info and I had to do it 3 times because every time they forgot something. I took the afternoon off from work for my appointment and when I get there , they said, oh your appointment has been cancelled we dot. Take your insurance. I told them I didnt received any call/email/text about this, the lady at the front said she tried calling my number numerous times!! Weird since they couldnt leave a voicemail - send a text or an email, and simply said sorry is not my fault I tried calling your number! Unprofessional staff ,

This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had! Highly recommend if you are looking to improve your dental health and education.

- Laughter and general happiness in the office
- Doesn't feel like a prison
- Education focused
- Proactive discussion about future billing for follow on appointments
- ALL of the amenities and equipment to provide you the best data about your teeth
- Netflix on the TV while your teeth are cleaned!
- Responsive and helpful reception team before and after your appointment
