I booked this company on May 14, 2021 for unloading help in Colorado for July 6, 2021. They called and confirmed. On July 5th, they called and said they had another job earlier and that they may arrive later than the 4p agreed upon time. At 11:15a on July 6th - when I was on the road to Colorado - they called saying their morning job was bigger than expected and they may still be on it until 10 pm. Could they come the next day at 5pm???? Really??? Clearly they accepted another job that they felt was more lucrative. Very UNPROFESSIONAL to leave me with less than 5 hours to make other arrangements have my belongings taken care of while I am driving to my destination. Not recommended if you want them to be there when you agree upon. Very poor customer service.

Moving can be so stressful, but thanks to Astorga and Sons with their immaculate communication, we had little to no stress in our move. The hospitality and dedication these guys have for their clients as well as their belongings is refreshing. Our furniture and valuables were handled with great care and moved correctly. Professional, very easy to work with and was able to move us out of a house in Centennial, CO and into a 3rd floor apartment in Colorado Springs all within the same day. Good quality, professional and fast working crew. Thank you for making our moving experience, stress free and much easier than expected. I highly recommend and will use them again if needed.
