Based on my previous experience I scheduled another appt as I had a few issues that were above my head to do. Robert came by, provided sound advice and tackled the job exceeding my expectations.
So, when the lights go out, I immediately think of Robert! Wait... I meant that in a good way :).

Robert did a very professional and thorough job with lights all over my house. He figured out how to fix every problem quickly...and he solved issues that could not be figured out by other companies. I will definitely contact Mr. Electric and Robert again when I need help.

Jaden came out today and was very informative, honest, friendly and so helpful! He made sure to stay way longer than he should have to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it! We didnt have power in our master bedroom for 48 hours, and the power on the back deck was not working.
If this is how this company operates I would recommend them above anyone else. We have been dealing with these issues for a long time now and he made sure to fix it

Mr. Electric sent Jaden our way to fix an outlet that went out from the power outage from snow storm. Jaden was able to come out within hours! He's very nice and helpful. He went through a lot of trouble to find the source of the problem. Thank you, Mr. Electric, we'll definitely use you in the future and recommend to friends and family.

After being stood up by another company two times, I called Mr. Electric. They were able to send an experienced electrician in two to three hours. Sam did an inspection of electrical systems in the house and was able to install a dedicated circuit for my sump pump the same day. He came back the next day to repair some singed wires and tune-up the breaker box panel. Sam was polite, prompt, patient with my concerns, and did an outstanding job. I will call this company again for electrical work.
