Marina and her crew did a great job on the painting and repair jobs in two of my rental units. They were quick and flexible so I could get the place ready for showings and she was very negotiable on the pricing. I will use them again on future jobs.

They were out to perform siding repair. They showed up but I asked then to spray mold primer spray before they sealed it. They brought the spray but did not use it. I was not home so did not supervise them So they sealed everything inside. This can cause my home to grow bad results. They will not come back and do it right. They even verbally told me they did not spray 1st. Why did I pay them??? Be careful, be careful.
