I will absolutely NEVER deal with this company again. I ordered 50lbs of porcelain clay from Continental Clay. Initially, I waited over two months before I was informed that it was returned to the facility because they were unable to deliver to my address. It turned out that the person that shipped it initially put the incorrect address on the shipment. Without any apologies for the mistake, they called me to confirm the correct address and said it would ship out again the next day. The agent said it would arrive in 3-5 days. I understand that mistakes happen and was not upset at this point. I waited over two weeks from that conversation and finally decided to call to check on the status of the shipment or to acquire a tracking number. When I called, they nonchalantly told me that the clay that was returned was like pudding and they were waiting on a new mixture. It hadnt been shipped at all and was clearly a ways out. I was frustrated that it was never communicated to me and at that point I had waited over three months. The girl I spoke to was flippant and I received no apologies or anything acknowledging their mistake. I understand that things happen, again, but I also just dont understand the complete lack of professionalism and communication to customers. I have bought from them many times and this was the last time I will ever do so. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I wouldnt order from the disorganized company ever again.

I arrived at the store at 10:30am, but it was locked and dark despite the sign on the door saying open 9am-5pm. I called the main 800 number, and the person I spoke to said the employee that was meant to open the store forgot their keys and had to go home, but they were on their way back right then. Again, this was already 1.5 hours past when they were supposed to be open. He couldn't give me an exact time when they would be back, but I decided to wait...big mistake. I waited for over an hour and still nobody showed up. Several other customers came by, and one person told me they'd had similar experiences before. Overall, just a massive waste of time -- I live 25 minutes away, so there's no way I will drive back over there and risk not finding the store open. Sorry to say it, but I'm just going to order my stuff online -- it's cheaper anyway.
