THE ARE Thiefs dont waste your time .. I wouldn't even give them one star they lied to me infront of my kids the property manager stated i had to cancel to get my money back for the admin fee she processed to cancel then goes on to say well now that ive canceled i can longer get my money im a single mother i dont have 200 dollars to waste she is a pathetic person.

Been here just over a week. Much better than my last place which was a literal nightmare. Friendly staff. The elevators on the ABC side are loud and creaky, but I don't know if they can fix that. The main problems I've had is with the washers next to the office the first time I used them last week. The top loading machine only filled with hot water when I selected cold, and the high efficiency washer left water in the barrel and my clothes sopping wet. The first item I related to the office, but they were closed when I noticed the second. The dryers aren't very efficient even if you had a good washer. It was inconvenient to have to purchase my first card. I've been told they are in the process of updating the machines with a different company and a more convenient pay system.
