Update after living here a year... PROS: close proximity to downtown fairly quiet (besides loud dogs) reserved parking option good views CONS: elevators broken constantly car break-ins package locker system is awful and frequently full, so deliveries get sent to a different building which is super inconvenient I found this place last minute after a horrible situation at a different apartment complex. Leasing agent Dayne was an amazing help! I informed him that I needed to find something asap and he was able to fit my walk-in appt right away. The units are recently renovated and they look great. The views are nice and the building is concrete, so I don't hear my neighbors much.

Aside from some issues Ive seen with public spaces, Ive always had great success with maintenance getting to my issue within a few days. Maintenance has also been good about keeping me in the loop about next visits and whats happening if something cant be done in 1 visit.

When i first moved in i sent pictures on a closet that was broken it never got fixed, i was without a fridge for over two weeks despite sending multiple maintenance request. When resigning my lease they messed up my contract, and now over a year later and paying the monthly rent they sent me a reminder to pay an additional almost 200 dlls with a same day deadline for a vcr charge that when signing a year ago the leasing office told me that everything had checked out.
