Hello, I am sorry you had a negative experience here. While crime holds no address and we are unable to promise that nothing happens here as no community can, however, we are not aware of vehicles being stolen every day. We do stay in communication with the Thornton PD and receive reports from them daily regarding calls from the property. The reports we are receiving from the police department do not reflect the same as what you are describing. We do have pool passes as well as security that locks up the pool at night. While we are not here 24 hours to monitor the comings and goings of the pool, we do our best to ensure that the pool is maintained and that non-residents are not utilizing it. Regarding trash service, typically if valet trash is not picking up trash it is due to improper disposal of trash, which you should be notified of. Trash would not be picked up until the issue is rectified. We do encourage residents to reach out if they are having issues with valet trash though as we can have them track units to ensure pick up if you feel you are disposing of trash properly. I am sorry you had a negative experience at Highpointe Park. I would encourage in the future to reach out to management regarding issues so we can address them as they happen.
