The management and staff here would monitor the residents. I caught one of them going in to an apartment when a resident wasn't there. Later, the resident was evicted because of being unable to pay for a "broken appliance". They caused many good tenants undue, unplanned financial hardship because of actions like these. Don't rent with them. It's not worth the team of people f'ing with your livelihood.

I love my apartment however I went to take my friend who is also a veteran to apply for where I am in their main building the office manager on duty was not understanding that a veteran is not a regular civilian so they don't have a regular mindset us civilians have after all they are trained a different way .... they treated her pretty rude they were not understanding of her condition and mindset and because of covid they treated her like she was nothing.... that was the most polite I've ever seen her for her condition and the manager should be fired for not being professional, not being understanding and yanking the pen and paper out of her hand replace her with someone new

A Godsend. Positioned directly in the heart of the Golden Triangle this location is in walking distance to the entire footprint of downtown Denver. Ms. Deena is very honest and very fair. She came in on her day off and stayed well after to arrange for my pregnant wife and I to have a place to live amidst a rapid relocation issue with our previous apartment. These are great people!
