Brittania Heights Apartments

Posted about 5 months ago with many complaints and its been the same ever since. Completely disorganized, cheap renovations, bad communication, management is only trying to get your funds. Posted on Facebook in December about the broken washer on my floor, received a response bring and early this morning that it would be fixed today and I come home to the same broken washer....but they did paint half the hallways, carpet and ceiling....I get your trashing the carpet but maybe keep it somewhat nice for your current tenants. Renters beware - the renos that are being promised are not worth the huge hassle now nor the amount you pay for it.

Make sure to save a copy of your notice to move out. I sent them an email over 60 days in advance and they still somehow lost it and tried to make me pay for another year. They harassed me by calling all the time to try and convince me I didn't send a notice and can't move out. So glad I had my email to prove them wrong! The maintenance was a joke too. Over half a year I lived with a leaking roof and water was in the walls too. It was horrible! I only payed rent so that I could buy a place without any complications from the contract I sadly signed. I ran out of there when I could finally move out.

Their office staff will steal your mail if not their address..ive had 2 packages accidently sent their..both times somehow lost...

The new management is great. I'm on the 4th floor and there is rarely noise, no bugs, very happy.

This property is owned by Cardinal group. Which also runs The Blake and Allison across the street. The way they do business is purely unprofessional and suspicious. Complaints are being filed against this company and any potential renter should be advise to stay away! They will lie to you. I would not renew my lease for free with this morons. STAY AWAY!!!!!
