This has to be the worst apartment in Denver. Just make sure you have a lawyer if you ever want to move out. My rent double without notice, so I moved out. Next conversation I had was at court they tried to make me pay the doubled rent and I wasn't even living there that month. The manager with the red hair is by far the worst person on planet earth! Don't believe anything they tell you if it's not in writing. I wish I can give a 0 star review.

Cancels applications when they don’t feel like dealing with people. Really shouldn’t be working in housing if you can careless about peoples livelihood. Do not recommend.

I went to see this Apartment, I put my deposit down and everything. I went to see it a few times. The dishwasher was gross. There was holes in the closet doors. The doors were gaped, there was roaches inside the place. Now they’re refusing to give my deposit back. After I voice my concerns about the apartment nothing was done to fix it. I had a medical emergency that stopped me from moving in. But why would I pay so much a month for a place that isn’t even ready to move. The staff is rude and so unprofessional.

Ross Management "PURPOSELY" tried to ruin my credit!! PURE HATE!!! because of my skin color, Tris the worst landlord who since day has lived up to that & Ross Management did nothing about it. They didn't even check their Google Reviews (WHAT ARE THEY GOOD FOR ROSS MANAGEMENT). Samantha likes talking to you as if you are a child & they do not return phone calls, don't bother with Benedict Park or Ross Management..

This apartment managements is the WORST!!!! they keep give me different information. I’m at the other state ask them about the application and when I want to send the application by mail they told me gonna hold the apartment untill couple days before they put it back in the market. And then when they receive the application the guy said that it gonna be process around 2-5 days. And on tuesday I call them and they said to call back on Thursday because the landlord will be there on that day. When I just call back earlier on Thursday that lady just said they NEVER have the unit available since I sent my application and NEVER processing my application!! They should told me earlier. When they let me wait and now they doesn’t do anything over there. And the lady just ask me is she just gonna send back my application and doesnt give me any recommendations or responsibilities. sound like it’s not her FAULT and it was my FAULT. This apartment is the WORST ever!! I just wait for nothing where my apartment lease going to be done very SOON. They should have more RESPONSIBILITY!!!! And one more speak more NICELY and POLITE. don’t think about my asian accent make you speak IMPOLITE to me!!
