The Leetonia

I have tried about ten times to contact anyone at this facility and have not gotten any response. I have even scheduled a walk through of the apartment and no one ever came. If this is how they treat potential residents I feel very sorry for the current residents.

I currently live here and I would like to give a public warning to anyone who is considering living in this building. If you choose to sign a lease be prepared to endure the following without a care from management. - Rodent infestation -No heat in the winter -Heat on hot days (They don't understand how to work the boiler and have given up.) -Lack of concern for tenant safety -Poor response to critical maintenance requests ( my neighbor waited 3 full days before they came to repair the toilet) -Homeless and drug addicts sleeping in the lobby -Poorly maintained laundry machines -A maintenance staff that is rude an apathetic. I wish I had known this before I moved in. Beware potential renters!
