        The new community manager Keith is prompt, communicative and friendly. He quickly processed my application & got me into a great apartment.

        They lie to perspective tenants, take their money which they say is refundable, do not complete the application process with them and are very unprofessional and passive aggressive. Beware of this place. It is sad because these are nice apartments and for low income. They lied to me and won't refund 99$ I gave to them. I would hope places like this would help people in hardship, not steel from them.

        Worst place ever. I asked the lady in a leasing office if there were any bugs, she sad no! A month later, I seen roaches everywhere. When I told them the lady wanted to argue and tell me that no one else was dealing with that. I disagree! I had to wash everything everyday and do constant "bombs" to at least keep them away a night. Then the leasing lady had the nerve to tell me I can't break my lease. Ha! I called my lawyer and she was okay with breaking it then! DONT MOVE HERE!!! I had a roach crawl up my nose once. stay away!
