The units themselves are okay. I lived on the third floor with a buddy for awhile. But for the price, you can get something in a safer area. Lots of strange and suspicious people around the property. So many car break ins and car thefts. They should really invest in some overnight security. The parking lot is very big with only a few cameras watching. Which never stopped anyone from trying to break into something. I’ve just turned 35 and with all my years in Denver. The car theft has hit its peak. I would invest in a good alarm or some kind of personal security measure. Since the management really hasn’t done much about it.

Isela is very attentive and a wonderful leasing manager! Maintenance is prompt and keeps the grounds clean, especially the pool in the summer! Nice neighbors and dog friendly

Furthermore, if I recall correctly you had me check video footage and we found that you had left your vehicle door open and was not broken into, the plumbing issue although it was an inconvenience it was an isolated incident in which we responded immediately. Landlord doesn’t care about anything besides collecting rent. Parking lot is unsafe, had my car broken into. Lots of plumbing issues that they don’t tell you about until you’ve signed a lease. As well as very noisy and rude neighbors. So, if you want your bathroom flooded, car stolen, neighbors yelling and fighting around you, and a landlord that ignores you, then this is the place for you.

This place is well kept and friendly. The manager here is super nice and works with you on everything. The people here are nice too and I never felt unsafe.
