The Aster Town Center

Cons - Management staff is difficult to reach. Finally able to connect with local management staff after contacting their regional management company. Maintenance requests go unanswered for at least a month.

I have been nothing but an upstanding tenant with Aster Town Center and to be thrown to the curb like this is ridiculous. I requested with Jessica (The Manager) back in November that I had several items that needed to be fixed in the apartment. The freezer door handle is broken and it even looks like it was super glued at one point instead of being replaced. There are 3 light-bulbs in the kitchen that still need to be replaced. The washer is leaking and has been for some time. My front door from the day I moved in has always been unlocked per Martin who came and fixed it back in December. So, at any given time someone could have come into my place. As a single individual with one income, I'm not sure how you folks expect one person to afford an over $400.00 increase to rent. It's absolutely mind blowing. There are 4 tenants in my building alone that will be moving out due to this increase. Nothing but a greedy company....

No response from management. My keys were not ready, able to be located the day I signed my lease. I discovered this the following day when I began moving in. My oven has a "permanent stain" and I'm supposed to live with that. Apartment was not made ready. Blinds are on back order. Management company said someone would reach out to me. That hasn't happened. Credit was ran 3 times. Initially told deposit would be $1500. After being ran 3 x's, was told deposit was $300. They do not respect the time or money of people seeking to rent from them. Its beyond being understaffed. It's definitely the culture at this place to disregard their tenants and neglect care of the property. Update: As of today I still have no blinds in my bedroom. This is

Horrible! The front door has been broke about a year now, you can only go out not in. My car has been broke into 2 times now in the last 3 months. No security patrol but they are aware of the problem! smh BUT town trucks come through almost nightly to find cars to tow. Rent constantly rising but unable to maintain the property. Very disappointed!

So just like any other gentrified neighborhood in north Denver, they say they are apart of the EHO (Equal Housing Opportunity) act. , but you still have to meet the same income requirements as a tenant who is low income with Kevin section 8. They DO NOT take section 8, unless you make the same amount they require non section 8 residents. They 2.6 stars
