Do not move here!!! I stayed here for a year. They have roaches everywhere. The Maintenance team are very unreliable and they make young girls feel extremely uncomfortable in their own homes. Not to mention the property manager kicking me out of my place a month early all because it “looked like I was trying to move my stuff early” they’re extreme unprofessional and they don’t care about the safety of their tenants at all. I had a 995 refund and they only gave me $100 back and charged me for cleaning the until even though they changed the lock on my apartment a month before I was supposed to leave. Do not rent from them. ALSO! The maintenance guys do not fix anything. They messed up the hard wood floors and all they did was glue them back down with super glue. Then charged me $480 for it.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES & BED BUGS!!! Do not move here!! It should be illegal for them to charge so much for these terrible apartments!! WHEELHOUSE & BOUTIQUE MANAGEMENT DON'T CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS...they only care about money!!!

Stay away!! If I could I would give negative stars. The apartments themselves aren't too awful, if you can ignore the sever roach infestation, the elevator that always smells like urine and vomit(if it works at all), and the shoddy maintenance "repairs". I had the window screen on my kid's room completely fall apart in the middle of the summer, forcing me to either bar the window shut in 100 degree heat or risk them falling out from the fourth floor. It took three weeks to get a new one, and it was the exact same one that broke originally. When there was a leak behind the wall in my bathroom their guys ripped out my whole bathroom wall and then tracked drywall dust, plaster, and grout through my entire apartment. They didn't clean up and left a huge hole in the wall around the shower head, which has yet to be fixed. There wasn't even a curtain rod upon move-in, and then they tried to charge to get one. They didn't even put it up. The real issue is the management though. For several months I have been attempting to escape the toxic and hostile living situation created by my roommate. Cops have been called several times. The leasing agents do not care. The only way for me to leave is with my roommate's permission, which he will not give. When I physically went in to the leasing office the ladies behind the desk were too busy playing with the numerous dogs all over the office and talking about their weekend plans that they gave me false information about breaking the lease. I have been calling the office repeatedly and on the occasions when they do answer it's always an inconvenience for them and they always brush me off with the promise that someone else will call me back with the answers to my questions. These people don't care about your safety or your kid's safety, all they want is you money. I was told by one agent that it would be unfair to all the people who were/are stuck in violent situations to allow me to leave the one I'm in now. DO NOT rent from these people. They're overpriced, never fix anything, and will do everything they can to keep you stuck with them so they can suck ever dollar they can from you.
