Boulevard Park Apartments

Bed Bugs Infested. This place is so filthy, a nest for bed bugs, its unsafe homeless people sleeping in halls, stairs and even keep their belongings in the lower lever. Laundry machines are most of the time not working, and our laundry gets stolen very often. Very old A/C system and often doesnt work, the hallways stink and are dirty.

Overall the location & community is very good if you work in Denver, and you get a decently-sized place for the cost. There is a King Soopers, a Sprouts, a park, and a Lightrail station within walking distance. Obviously its right off of Colorado Blvd., and five minutes from Hampden or I-25. But it is actually fairly quiet and well-maintained.

Stay away from this place like the plague. Never wanted out of a place so bad. Filthy , all amenities are broken /useless. Unkempt pool. Fitness center advertised, permanently closed. Offered free parking as an amenity, then 5 months into lease implemented an awful 3rd party parking system that minimizes guests and requires tenant maintenance. All while knowing full well there's no free parking within a half mile . Promises of improvements, yet none came other than a few pot hole repairs.... If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS

Hello all, I have lived at Boulevard Park Apartments for more than 5 years now and I absolutely adore living here! I love the feel of a good solid brick building, and all of our buildings are brick and very solid in every way! We have wonderful neighbors, many of whom have lived here for many, many years and still love living here. Our office manager is amazing! I have never had a need that Ami didn't fix right away! Ami is the hardest working woman I know, she is diligent, stays on top of every persons needs and is as friendly and welcoming as the day is long! My little dog Sweetie and I plan to live here as long as we can! Boulevard Park is a great place to live with everything you can possibly need within walking distance!
