        The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give a negative five star. I have lived here since 2012. I put in for a transfer for a two bedroom unit and was sent to an old run down tenement, without warning. Where anything could have happened to me and my child. I say, do your research before you go any where you are sent by Tapiz management or Denver Housing Authority. This was a scary experience!😨
