Lived there for a year, office people nice before you sign the lease. Then it's a burden to ask them anything. Incompetent in most everything. Even finding a package in the office. Maintenence is pathetic. Told us 3 times the ac was fine. 95 degrees inside 75 outside. Try to tell me a constant overflowing toilet was not a problem. Oh and my fav. It's not maintenence job to de ice the property. Do not move there!
