Savoy Apartments

I occasionally do maintenance work in the building and the owners have always been great to work with. I've done maintenance for countless other property owners and the one and only reason I'm posting this review is because they actually care about the building AND it's tenants (a rare thing to see in this industry). Before my wife and I eventually purchased our first home, I was considering renting here because of the lower than average rent and the great location

Landlady is very sweet and pleasant in person but cannot hold herself accountable. You have to get everything in writing, and even then she might try to go back on her word.

Amazing price for such a great location. We had granite countertops, a patio, and all the rooms were so spacious. The landlady was very nice and accommodating, though she will not evict tenants that also means that you do not have to fight anyone to renew your lease when it comes time. We had some heating and pipe issues and someone was always sent over within 24 hours to fix the problem. Overall my roommate and I had a great experience.
