Current tenant here -- Really upset that it's the middle of June and RedPeak won't open the pool we paid for at The Brit. They are blaming the City of Denver, but it seems like a lack of preparation on their part, we have to suffer for. Also, they lied about trash collection. There is none inside the building. I am thinking of leaving because of these reasons.

I absolutely love the Brittany House! The proximity to Washington Park, South Broadway, Cherry Creek is phenomenal - it's exactly where I want to live in Denver. And, the renovations of the unit are beautiful, I couldn't be happier. Yessika Sims, the person I worked with through Red Peak (the property management company), made moving during a pandemic seamless and I couldn't be more grateful.
