I just moved in and I am happy with how everything went smoothly. The leasing manager Vera is great. She helped me out and always called when I needed to get things done. Upon moving in the apartment was clean, new carpets and fresh paint. I am very pleased.

I would recommend this property to any one that is looking for a place. The apartment that I recently moved into is super clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view. The application process was fast and easy, the property manager, Ms. Vera is super attentive and helpful, she made sure I had all my questions answered. Ms. Vera is very welcoming and always has a bright smile on her face ready to help whenever anyone has a question or concern. Overall, I’m very happy with the move and would highly recommend this property.

Our new manager Vera, is a very good manager she brought professionalism to our building. Any issues that I have encountered have been addressed promptly.

I’ve lived at Phoenix On The Fax since 2012. We’ve had 3 building managers in that time and I can easily say that Vera Medina is the best we’ve had. By far! A lot of us feel like we finally actually have a building manager for the first time. She has brought in weekly housekeeping and enforces the rules and codes of conduct to maintain a safe, clean living space for all of us. Previous managers were either never on site or didn’t enforce the rules. I think the lackadaisical management style of the past is being held against Vera, but I hope she knows that A LOT of us really appreciate her efforts and notice a big change for the better in the building. James, our maintenance man has been here for a long time and comes to the building on his days off to take care of snow or other property issues. He’s a perfectionist and a hard worker. I think they make a great team! Thank you, both, for all you do.

The place is in excellent condition! The manager is very professional and is attentive to all tenants and addresses any and all issues. The Maintenance is excellent! I've never had any issues that weren't resolved an professional manner. The tenants love Miss Vera!! Keep up the good work! Sincerely, R. Lewis.
