I regularly wake up to needle caps outside my door and homeless people also live off and on in the basement storage units with little action from property management.
In addition, there are massive water leaks and floods within the building, constant stolen packages and personal property, unreliable locks on exterior doors, and that is only the surface. The building has serious issues that management is aware of and does nothing to correct.
It is a low cost apartment complex but can be extremely unsafe. Be aware before moving in.
