The Parc at Cherry Creek Apartments

Moved from out of state and rented this apartment unseen. I lucked out. It was newly renovated, extremely clean, and the maintenance team is amazing. Things are fixed quickly and I continue to be impressed with how quickly the snow gets removed. Rent is reasonable and I hope to continue living here for awhile.

i had an emergency last week, my heater stopped working, i called the emergency 24 hour maintenance phone number and Luis came within 30 minutes to fix it, it took him a few hours to rebuild that system always with a smile on his face. My only complaint about this property is the poor customer service from Sophia, everybody else does a great job including: "Connor, Rachel & Sheena" I've been living here since April 2016, maintenance is top notch

Great community! Sheena, the community manager has been very professional and helpful throughout our leasing process! We love the unit and area! We higly recommend the community!

We've lived here over six years. The office staff and maintenance team are always professional, courteous, and prompt. I enjoy living here and plan to stay here for the forseeable future.

Great units and customer service. (So I have to give them some credit) Up until move out. I absolutely cleaned as much of the unit as I could but the management team has nickle-and-dime each component of the apartment. They are too greedy and unfair with keeping the deposit.
