Terrace Arms Apartments

I have lived here for 6 years. It is such a great place to call home. Small community feeling, on-site management is awesome to have. Gives the building a very personal touch. Almost all residents are very quiet. Apartments are updated at a medium level. Very clean facilities and all within walking distance to a great part of Denver. Tons of walkable shopping and dining. Public transit is a 10 minute walk away. Downtown is a quick 10 minute drive. Feel like your in the action of downtown but with the quietness of a quaint cap hill street.

I lived here for a year and loved it. It's kept very clean, has a big community garden and the manager keeps in touch with you to get things fixed!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The manager told us three different prices for an apartment, and then refused to refund our deposit when he tried to raise the rent ANOTHER $70/month the day we were supposed to move in. When I called the property manager to try to sort out the price before signing the lease he would not even let me speak and just kept telling me that "the price is the price" without even letting me explain why I was so frustrated. We were so fed up with the inconsistency that we decided that we were not going to give any more money to a company that is grossly mismanaging their properties so we did not sign a lease with them. When we asked for our deposit back from the Regional manager (after several messages and almost a full month later) we were told that we signed the deposit agreement so there was nothing they could do. They did not even take into consideration the fact that the rent amount had been changed on the deposit agreement and that the price of parking was not listed anywhere on the agreement (which was the reason for the additional $70 increase from the originally stated price the day we signed the agreement). I am so disgusted with this company and don't want anyone else to be manipulated by them as we were. STAY AWAY!
