La Fonda Apartments

We have lived here for almost 3 years now. The apartment is perfect for us and is in a perfect location (you can walk to Wash Park, Cherry Creek, Broadway, and Cap Hill in less than 20 minutes or hop on the bike path to get to downtown). Suzanne and Doug are excellent property managers and make living here feel like home.

The managers are the most friendly and helpful people ever. They really made our lives so much easier. Moving in or moving out, they helped us with everything they could and they were super flexible. If you like the neighborhood and the building just rent an apartment.

Absolutely loved it here! I lived here for about 4 years and had a blast. Doug and Suzanne the building managers not only took care of the building, but became friends to everyone. On top of that the other residents were really awesome and we made a long lasting friendships. The rooftop is great for a cook outs and the location is perfect.

Lived here for 3 years and loved it! Both the building and management are wonderful. There are also great amenities; gym, pool, sunroof and a balcony for each unit.

I absolutely loved living in this building. Suzanne and Doug are incredibly caring building managers and if you ever have an issue they are quick to solve it (although issues are minimal). It's a quiet building and the rooftop patio and pool are never crowded. The location is amazing and close to everything! I lived here for two and a half years and I would recommend it for anyone. It's been a wonderful place to call home.
