Great Neighbors. Great place to live...Just wish we had more cameras in hallways and in garage. Otherwise...a four star

People who were allowed to move into buildings located at 4210 Fraser Way, Denver Co, 80239 were not thoroughly Screened, their are seniors moving into the apartments with Adult children, Smokers were allowed or were not checked for when moving into buildings, quite a few of the resident seem to have alcohol substance abuse problems, the Grandparents are setting up daycare businesses in the building, at the expense of the other senior citizens including noise, babies screaming and hollering the older children using the hallways for play areas, then their is Sonics with the out of control who sit directly behind the building, customer playing loud music, revving their motors racing and driving excessively fast, the senior and Pedestrians, take their lives into their hands when driving or walking while leaving the building in that area around Sonics
