        The office time never open and close and honor the business hours. I live here and they never actually open. Its time to move out. So bad

        My experience with the Gramercy was awesome the lady in the leasing office Elaina was absolutely amazing she helped me step by step with every question that I had she also has A-1 people skills as soon as I came to the leasing office which was my 1st time she treated me and welcomed me on sight I couldn't ask for a better person to help me beside her and the the other awesome lady Leah they are amazing you know I visited 3 other apartments and they was the most help Elaina and Leah thanks y'all I really appreciate it.
