I was the Manager and my husband did Maintenance here back in the mid 2000's when Billy and his dad's investment buddies owned it. 95 percent of our tenants were gay male professionals and politicians on Capital Hill. I loved my boys, as I called them. This building is amazing in structure with over-sized concrete patios, indoor pool, hot tub and heated indoor underground parking which comes in handy in the winter. I only hope the new owners are keeping the integrity and class that this place truly deserves. My money says it is worth YOUR money to live there and when I retire back to Denver I hope I have a place there.

I have lived here for three months. I enjoy the area and the apartment. Management is down to earth and super easy to talk to! There are some quirks, sometimes an elevator needs repair, and sometimes the water goes out but for the price you can't beat it! Edit: update, lived here for two years and enjoyed the experience. Got bought out by red peak who thus far has been not great to work with. I was leaving regardless for the burbs but go look into red peak before you make your decision. They gutted all the staff for the building replacing it with their own.

great place to live

We loved our balcony, and the rent price was affordable in this crazy market. The building could use some updates (was this once a swinger's club?) but we had a nice, one-year experience here with friendly tenants and great location. There are some weird rules (no wearing swimsuits in the elevator on the way to the pool) but otherwise it's a nice place for a short-term stay in Capitol Hill. You won't find a better balcony for the price!
