If you wanna live in a place where they constantly cut off the hot water, your utility bills are incorrect, you have rowdy neighbors, people get shot outside your door then WELCOME HOME! The rent prices here are absurd for what it is. They keep adding extra fees for everything. It’s not worth it. There are better places to live.

10/10 GREAT SERVICE Ive been shopping around for apartments for about a month now and yesterday I was finally able to take a day off work and go look at some units, I toured 7 units around Denver and spoke on the phone with about 30 different apartments before I stopped in at Grammercy. Every other place I visited for a tour had terrible service(most places don't even answer the phone or return your call) When I was about to give up for the day I called Grammercy and was genuinely impressed at the difference between the customer service I received over the phone! I headed over for a tour immediately following the phone call and the service only got better! No other place I toured in Denver yesterday actually took you on a tour. Some places just gave you a key and a map and others said the units weren't available to see even after setting an appointment. My leasing specialist was Alejandra Alvarez who was kind, well mannered and most importantly extremely professional, she gave me a tour of the property and asked genuine questions regarding what unit fits me best! A big thank you to Alejandra and Grammercy for helping me find a great place to live.

It was great until I got my car towed from my designated parking spot. Beware, they won’t check the license plate to make sure it’s the right vehicle in the right spot. They’ll simply tow the car if the parking pass isn’t visible. Don’t move here.

My brother and I moved in here last year in May. Samara was the first person I spoke to. She was so sweet and kind. She was also very patient with me. With Covid running rampant, we weren’t allow to see the apartment before we moved in, but she went in and took pictures of our particular unit and even humored me in doing a “smell test” (I was worried the place would smell like the previous renters- it did not). I’ve spoken with Jannet a few times since moving in and she’s always been very nice as well! I’ve never had a problem with the staff, they’ve always been very professional and helpful. The maintenance crew is always really nice and they always play with my dogs when we walk by. The sidewalks and road inside the complex are always cleared and salted when it snows. Our immediate neighbors are so wonderful. I can hardly hear our upstairs neighbors, our neighbors next to us are always so nice, the neighbors behind us always keep an eye out for us. Only complaint I really have is that not everyone picks up their dogs mess, even though there are plenty of waste receptacles (WITH BAGS!) placed around, but of course that has nothing to do with the apartment complex itself. Just keep an eye out when it snows and at night.
