Forced families and friends out with a months notice and a 400 dollar spike in rent. It was either pay or get out. The one star review is valid as a former guest and boyfriend of an 8 year resident who lived there. All the amenities mentioned were taken away without explanation after the original owner died and the greedy inheritors wanted more money. Plain and simple.

This place has steadily gone down hill in recent years. Rents have skyrocketed and amenities have dwindled. The TVs were stolen from the game room and workout room and the owner never replaced them. The "free" Wi-Fi has since been shut off and the security system has been broken for YEARS. Building is nearly 50 years old, and is way overpriced for its age.

As a visitor: I really like it a lot. Uniquely located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The white 6-story building is set back from the corner of Cook and Arizona, and does not intrude on the character of the small bungalows surrounding it. Units are well built and fairly well maintained. Renovations continue over the last 2 or 3 years.
