        Ive had an excellent experience at Cortland on Cherry creek! Im a firm believer that the leasing office staff make or break your experience with a complex, and everyone at Cortland on cherry creek have been great. Maranda and Robert especially! Maranda is so kind, personable, & attentive when I need help with something. And Robert is always on top of my maintenance requests!

        It seems like a great place to live. But on the other hand, there is a lot of garbage, if something is stolen from you, there are no cameras, and the reaction of the representatives of the complex is quite cold. It's been more than a month since someone broke into mailbox. You can't pick up your mail in the complex, and if your mail is stolen, no one cares either. When asked when it will be repaired, no one knows anything.
