      image I had this insurance for a year. They increased the price a week after getting it. We tried to talk to a decision maker and the agents we talked to refused to let us. Still, we stayed with them. The rate continued to increase, the customer support was terrible, we were continually stonewalled, and we finally gave up trying to work with them.
