A large no soliciting sign at the front door means do not stick you magnet to my door soliciting your business. Also when I ask your solicitor if she knows what no soliciting means, I don't expect to get flipped off. I will never recommend this company for those reasons alone. Not a good way to get business.

We were looking to sell our house quickly and just to get out from under it. It needed A LOT of work and updating that we didnt have the money or the time to do. We found Denver Property Flip and reached out to them to see what they would offer us for our beat up home. I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon and within 10 mins I had a response and a request for a good time to chat about our home. We met with Matt 2 days after initial contact (and that was because of our schedule, not his) and was given 3 different options to choose from. We would have definitely chose the fix it and list it as we would have made the most and ended up with more in our pocket, but we didnt have the time to wait for the that process. So we opted for the cash offer and closed within 5 days!! It was very easy and seamless. We were offered the most cash from Denver Property Flip. It has been so heartwarming to watch the transformation and see the beautiful home it turned into. The new owners will be so lucky! I would hands down any day refer and recommend anyone looking to sell their home for cash or to be able to sell it at the top of the market. These guys really know what they are doing.

Matt and Eric gave me an honest, decent price for what my house was worth. We negotiated on me staying in my house after closing but before signing on my other house. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have an honest, fast sell of their house.
