Great team! The team definitely demonstrates that they care. I was updated all along the way for Kitty's emergency surgery. Thankful for the efforts of all. VT's that inchecked us to the surgery and after care docs were fantastic! Answered questions and concerns with patience and caring. Taking time to go over everything

Very happy with service. They checked over my very unhappy cat for me. Vitals were done, quick check of abdomen. Confirmed what other vet said. They were very kind.

Vet tech with blue hair was extremely rude. I actually ended up leaving to another ER because upon triage she was very disrespectful for no reason. Seemed like it was a busy day and she was overwhelmed and decided to take that out on her client. Will likely not return due to such a poor experience.

My baby girl Raven collapsed and I didnt know was wrong. I thought she was dead and then she came to I was giving her mouth-to-mouth and my renter took me to the emergency room and they took so good care of her. They did a lot of testing on her. Everything came out good so were back home today and I just really appreciate all the emergency staff from the receptionist to the doctor to a home between taking care of my baby girl, so I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT bring your animals here for emergencies!! My pup had eaten a rubber toy and I was referred to this er by my veterinarian. First off they knew the condition of my dog and knew he was severely dehydrated. They let him sit in the back for 4 hours without giving him a fluid Iv and I was told by my vet that they would take great care of my dog but it was the exact opposite. All I got from this er is they couldnt see what the obstruction that was in my dog and that I need to come pick him up because I cant afford the surgery!!!! The vet actually told me that before she even told me that price of the surgery. So I was charge $1000 for and xray and was told to come get my dog because I cant afford it..then she handled me a piece of paper with other (low cost) vets and told me I should call around and just left me in the room. The staff was unfriendly and rude and Im glad I didnt let these people touch my dog. I hope this place runs out of business. They are heartless people and would never ever recommend this place. If I would have listened to this place I would have lost my dog. Now hes happier that ever running around. No thanks to animal ER care.
