The only reasons why I didnt give 5 stars is because of no notice that they switched over to a public storage, and no more 24 hour access. But we did get notice when the new rates would start which is a good thing. I understand things happen for a reason, besides Thomas the manager is awesome, he is more than accommodating and has always been helpful and understanding.

When they got bought out by Public Storage, I had to pay an increase a month before I got notice on top of them changing my payment from the 24th to the 1st. They are also no longer 24 access. I wouldn't recommend using this company for your storage needs.

THIS PROPERTY WITHOUT NOTICE HAS SOLD TO PUBLIC STORAGE ACROSS THE STREET. TENANTS CHECK THE EMAIL YOU USED TO GET YOUR UNIT. YOULL BE GETTING SOME EMAIL FROM PUBLIC STORAGE TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE GO OVER FEES AND THE PROPERTY IS NOT 24 HRS AGAIN ZERO NOTICE TO THE TENDENTS 6AM TO 9PM IS GATE ACCESS HOURS.

Too bad there isn't a zero stars the management here sucks. Comes and complains at 6:30pm about him living here ect and how we're loitering. And threatening to call the cops.

Mr. Turner. Think about what you typed above. Of course our managers are going to try and stop loitering at a passive storage facility. Our managers are not quick to call law enforcement unless someone is being unruly. If we are missing something, give us a call at 800-635-3130. If you are trying to use the space for more than just passive storage, we may not be the location for you! The "Joe Turner" review below appears to be an attempt to sabotage our Google ratings.
