Knowledgeable but one of the workers seemed to be irritated and bossy. A lot of grunts and would snap at his assistant. Very rude and asked for payment three different times before they were done with the pump out and while his assistant was showing me how a peach field works

We had them pump and then later do an inspection on our sewer. Very professional and a joy to work with. The work was completed the same day and I would strongly recommend them again. Great prices as well.

Ice blocked the line pipe that led to my septic drain field. To avoid a disaster, I called Williams Septic (aka GDM Environmental) at 8:00 AM to see if I could get my septic tank pumped that day. Answer: "We'll have a truck there by 9:30." Michael showed up at 9:30 and was pleasant and professional as he worked to release the concrete lid that was frozen to the opening. He answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely pleased to do so while draining both sides of my tank and my lift station. Here's more: 1) The price was lower than I'd payed other companies. 2) The office scheduler was prompt, friendly, and intentionally helpful. I'll use Williams/GDM from now on!

The woman on the phone was apparently not paying attention to my call, because I said I wanted to get my septic tank cleaned out and two days later a guy shows up in a van and says "oh, I just locate the tank. You have to get somebody else to dig it up, and somebody else to pump it out." Fortunately I don't have any sort of deadline on this project, but now I have to get back on the phone and find somebody, SOMEBODY ELSE, to do the actual clean-out. $158 to have a guy stick his camera down the clean-out and tell me " the tank is right here, under this tree". He was very professional and apologized for the mix up, saying " yeah, sometimes the office leaves us hanging on these things". Makes it hard to get a real cost estimate when they're not even listening to what it is you're trying to have done. I guess I should have done some research on septic tanks and not simply have trusted some flunkie on the phone. I won't be trusting THESE people again.
