The order is wrong about 8 out of 10 times here. Make sure you check your order before driving off because youll have to wait another 20 minutes in their drive thru to get the correct order. And even when it is correct, the tortillas are hard and stale more often than not. The people that work here clearly dont care about quality of food!

Me and my sister and cousin had the best conversation on 5-11-22 @ 1:30AM with the drive thru worker. He took our orders, was super funny and entertaining, and we got everything quickly. Food was good, service was great!

Dont go to this Taco Bell. Not only are they rude but they are lazy. Im all for standing up for our fast food workers as I used to work at subway, however since when are you not able to do a double order for the same car. Because if im not mistaken I did it just last Thursday. Their reasoning we are limited on staff right now HOW DOES THAT STOP YOU FROM MAKING A SECOND DRIVE THRU ORDER FOR THE SAME CAR. also not one time did I have attitude or get nasty with any of the workers and when I get up to the window I can hear them mocking me. Extremely unprofessional. I can see why yall cant keep staff. Do better.

Happy ending.. So I order drive through, and they tell me to pull around front which has never happened at this location. I pull around front and I'm waiting there for probably 15-20 minutes. At this point I'm thoroughly confused. I get out my car and walk inside and she's on her way out the door to bring my food as I'm walking in. She's very apologetic and sweet. But listen,... I don't know what happened in there... but that was the best nacho fries, taco, and chicken quesadilla I have ever had from Taco Bell. Ever. You can taste the freshness in those french fries. I might even eat here more than once a month from now on..

Worst most awful Taco Bell in all of Colorado Springs. They claim they dont have more then half of the menu items and that the truck is arriving tomorrow but after reading other reviews, their lack of inventory is frequent. They wouldnt give us a discount for the lower priced food that we did settle on and when my husband asked to speak to the manager he acted scared to come to the drive thru window. He ended up showing his face and blamed The entire Taco Bell chain for the lack of inventory and again no discount. Lies. Poor customer service, poor managerial skills, poor everything. Stay away and spend your money on another national fast food chain. This place is poorly run and full of sad excuses.
