I have been trying to set up a payment plan with them for a 5k balance they imposed on the residents where I live. I have been trying since February when the amount was due to get a payment plan set, and I have an email of the 1 time I got an actual response from someone saying that we could set up a plan. Since then I have called and emailed numerous times with absolutely no responses. how am i supposed to get this fixed if nobody answers calls or emails? Ive been charged for a certified letter and for late charges on my account. I have been trying to get this rectified and it seems like all they want to do is ignore you so they can tack on more and more charges.

Yesterday April Fourth, Steve from RowCal, was at my home l at High Pointe, in Colorado Springs, for some maintenance issues. It wasnt just my home it was to service the entire complex.
I just had to take a minute to say thank you for sending him out my way. He was amazingly professional, courteous, efficient thorough, neat, conscientious and very considerate.
I just thought someone should be aware as he just raised the standard as its never been raised for this company. Again, I am so impressed that I had to take a minute to write! Thank you so much for having him on board and I would highly recommend your company because of Steve.

They are just doing their jobs, but it is frustrating to get charged $20 for them to send a certified letter about a violation. A forever stamp does the same thing. Ive also had issues with them in my small business when we invoiced them for services and they never notified us that they are no longer the property managers for that building. When we finally got info from a tenant on who the new property managers were, we were thousands overdue on invoices. As a resident, I am happy with the ease of access of paying HOA fees on their website. They are also attentive to issues from homeowners. They are not great to work with from a business perspective and not great when you have issues with fees. I wish I could split the difference and give them a 3.5/5

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND WITH THE STATE AGAINST ROW CAL.
ROWCAL IS AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOA COMPANY TO BE FORCED TO WORK WITH.
THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. THEY WILL NOT RENDER SERVICE.
I HAVE ALREADY FILE COMPLAINTS AND I WILL BASH THIS COMPANY ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH A FRAUDULENT COMPANY SUCH AS ROW CAL.
