Passports: walk in for Saturday the website is a bit misleading. Only 9-11, and it's really not "walk in" because they give out 12 tickets only to get those spots. They give those tickets out early 7/730. So go there early sat and get a ticket, then go run some errands/grab breakfast. The Guy who does the actual renewal/application appointment is absolutely wonderful. *Add in need a debit card or cash to pay for part of the renewal, can't do it all on a credit card, $100ish....

Very rude lady at the front desk (the blonde one) We made an appointment at 12 (weeks in advance) for our passports to be told he went to lunch and wont be back until 12:30. Then why even give us that time for an appointment? The lady was super rude and did not help at all. What is the point of even scheduling an appointment if youre not going to
honor it? Just because youre the only one in the area for passport appointments doesnt mean you have to rude or act like youre inferior to anyone else trying to get a passport. You are still getting paid for your job.

Ive always had great experiences except for today. The female with the short shaved head was so beyond rude. I had simple questions and all she could do was shake her head no. Couldnt even say the word no or explain the answer to me. I felt like a child. Please talk to your employees about customer service skills.

This is the best post office ever!! The staff is wonderful and they have helped me tremendously with my passport and many other things!! Thank you and God bless you all!!
