I am a solid user of Olson Plumbing & Heating. They are so easy to use and are so very thorough. I had Dwayne come over to fix something stupid. Some idiot connected the plumbing from the refrigerator to the hot water line instead of the cold. Poor Dwayne had to make the repair in the crawlspace space on his back. I highly recommend Dwayne and Olson Plumbing.

Olson is a trustable and very reputable service in the Springs. I have used them in the past and they are easy to work with and will get you in ASAP. I didn't need a quick service appointment, but they called to see if I wanted to pull in my service a day ahead of time which was nice but I didn't need it. They call and keep you informed on when they are on their way and approximate arrival time. Dwayne was right on time for my appointment. He checked into water pipe chattering issue. He checked my pressures at the lines and came up with an alternate solution than I planned for but it was the better long-term option I needed. He installed some very needed shut off valves that I added into the project and replaced the pressure regulator and tank. Dwayne is very knowledge able and can explain in layman's terms making the repair easier to understand to us non-Plummer types. Great job and showed me the photos after completing the job to my satisfaction!

Steve came out and to replace our busted hose bib and he was fantastic! So sweet and good at his job! I'd absolutely recommend him!

Dwayne James came to our rescue Sunday. He came quickly then assessed/repaired the problem.We were very impressed. He is back today doing multiple repairs. Highly recommend.
