Jake's team did an amazing job building a beautiful concrete sidewalk down a treacherous, curving, narrow slope around our house! They also built us beautiful front steps...and our front yard and sidewalk was practically immaculate when they left--cleaner than it's ever been since we've owned it! We so appreciated their patience and attention to detail!

From start to finish of the project we were pleased with Angela and with the crew that came and did the work! No goofing off. Worked hard and efficiently - even in the extreme heat! Wonderful follow up and communication throughout the design to finish.

From the first phone call with Dani, the landscape designer, we knew that Jakes Designs was the company for us. We needed our entire property landscaped and yet we had a hard time getting other companies to even return our initial calls when inquiring about bids. We got the sense that some companies were only interested in larger, million-dollar projects.
Jakes treated us with respect from start to finish. We had done our research and had a fairly clear vision in mindwhich was rather unique, unconventional, and tailored to suit our needs and constraints. Dani spent so much time listening closely to our ideas and revisiting the design plan until it matched our vision.
Once the work began, the crew assigned to our project was a blast. Music, singing, jokesand good work ethic. Our neighbors often commented on how fun the crew members seemed to be. I was even out working alongside them most days. Rikky, the project lead, and I worked together to solve challenges in order to turn my vision into reality. He is an artisan of flagstone paths.
Dani followed up with us a year later as promised. She is kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. We recommend this companya company that treats all projects as million-dollar projects.

We are so pleased with the job Jake's Designs did with our backyard pool project. We worked with Dani, the landscape architect and she brought our dream/vision to life. The area is just stunning. Boulder walls, pavers, new irrigation, sod, spectacular evergreens and plants, i just am amazed how fab it looks. Dani was a dream to work with, we changed our mind many times during the design process and she gladly made the changes to our plans and it is just breathtaking. Sam and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation, they were great and easy to have around. I don't know who the Jake is in Jake's designs, I never met or saw him. The entire thing was the spectacular work of Dani. My husband and I jokingly call it "Dani's Designs" because she is an absolute visionary and runs the project from the beginning to end! I cannot recommend, Dani and Sam and his crew highly enough. Hire them --- you won't be disappointed. Services: Landscape design construction, Landscape installations

We have nothing but wonderful things to share about our experience with Jake's design!! We did a major backyard reno which involved terracing the hillside to a lower patio/entertainment area and an upper sod area with retainer walls used to transform and carve the landscape. All of this work was completed right before the crazy rain this past year, and we had zero issues with flooding or drainage. This was a pretty intimidating project for us, and Dani helped us through every step of the way. She met with us on a regular basis to review the design/progress, talk through any design adjustments we wanted to make along the way, and even met with us on site to pick out the hardscaping materials (retainer wall, pavers, gravel). Dani did a fantastic job listening to our goals for the yard and helped to turn our vision into reality. Chris/Matt and the crew were extremely professional, detail oriented, and always on time - most impressive was all of the work was done in house and not sourced out. We could not recommend Jake's design enough!
