When it arrived the box and generator were damaged. Both shock trackers where pegged at 15Gs. I contacted Colorado Standby while the truck driver waited and followed all the directions from the Colorado Standby representative on the phone and email sent to me by them.
A representative of Colorado Standby named Joe contacted me concerning my Generator.
They have bent over backwards and have made things right.
Joe handled the matter in a very quick and professional manner.
I couldnt ask for any better treatment.
I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them.
