I had the displeasure of working on a job site with this company recently. I am no stranger to working on large commercial job sites, and with that comes a fair measure of gruff men.
A&H were in uniform, but these guys looked lost on the job site when they were actually working and I ran into about 5 of their guys hiding on their phones throughout the day or chain smoking outside. There didnt seem to be much if any leadership present and there was zero sense of urgency amongst this crew to get the job done.
This crew borrowed tools and supplies from others like it was their property (trash bags, ladders, etc) w/o asking, and were overall incredibly unprofessional.
On the bright side, the work that took them way longer than it should have did appear to be competent
