After closing in December, I was still charged for my and my daughters monthly membership fees for January. Have not been reimbursed because the previous owners will not respond to emails or phone calls. They even went as far as communicating to the instructors who are still reachable that they did indeed refund my account even though that was not the case. Corporate contacts have not been able to resolve the issue either.

They dont answer their phone, they dont respond to emails, they dont update their online schedule, and they dont respond to messages within the app. I discovered CycleBar in my hometown but have been immensely disappointed with this location. If theyre permanently closed, theres zero indication of this on their website, on their social media, and on-site on their physical doors. Whats going on at this location that they cant even update their (potential) client base?

I was going to CycleBar religiously for several months and then they said they were closing at the end of December due to getting new management. And that they would be opening shortly at the beginning of the year. Loved the staff and it was such a fun and great workout that I looked forward to weekly. Its now March and they have not given any indication of when they will open. It also still says open online but they are still closed and do not answer their phones or respond to emails. I am sure other people are frustrated about their lack of communication about when they will open including the instructors who may have been teaching as their main source of income and are now waiting for when they can teach again. I just hope they will open soon and give some kind of heads up beforehand as well because I know a lot of loyal members have been waiting patiently. We miss you CycleBar and hope you open soon!!

I went here last week of December for my free 3 times and ended up buying 10 classes after talking to all the amazing staff at the time.......which is over 100 dollars. 1 weeks later they suddenly closed (nobody mentioned this) because they were "changing management" and have not reopened and it has been a month. No way of contacting them I have tried emailing and calling. I feel blindsided and I definitely would not of bought 10 classes if I had known I would only be able to use one of them and then get ghosted. I am extremely frustrated and just got scammed with my money.
