This looked like the closest FedEx to me, so I had a laptop delivered to me there to hold for pickup, thinking it would be safer than having FexEx leave it outside my door. The service is only available to hotel guests, they said. They did deliver the package, but the hotel staff try to keep the public out. They don't want the public coming in there to use the FexEx office so keep out unless you're a Broadmoor guest.

This location charges extra if your not a hotel guest even if it is already paid for.

This FedEx participates in whats called price gouging. Prices higher than any other FedEx dont bother. They charge for drop offs that are already paid for!!!
